Installation guide:
First uninstall any old Plugmedia version!
1. Install the latest Optware QPKG
2. Install the PostgreSQL QPKG (wait some minutes after installation, then click Enable)
3. Install the Plugmedia QPKG
Maybe you need to restart the Apache Webserver after Plugmedia installation. Please also note the information (like known bugs) below.

some new features:
- support raw files
- Extract cover from ID3
- Extract cover from last.fm
- Indexing method
- Thumbnails are located under 1 directory (no more .@__thumb in all your directories)
Note:
You need to uninstall all previous version of Plugmedia, the new 2.2 will be the first version to be supported for backward compatibility (no data loose after PM update)
for people that already install a 2.2 from qnapclub.fr, you have to uninstall it and also remove the database called plugmedia in phpPgAdmin (ask me if you don't know how to do this)
if you need raw conversion file, just install dcraw:
- Code: Alles auswählen
ipkg install dcraw
Warning:
Postgresql install a front gui called phpPgAdmin, please rename it to keep it secret (unless anybody can access to your databases) OR delete it
Know bugs:
There is a problem when you restart your nas, postgresql 's php lib are removed, your have to uninstall and install again Postgresql package (will be fixed soon by andy)
